answer your phone..?

dear C8 -

please know that i understand your lack of motivation to do anything somewhat normal in your new digs. while savannah is a wonderful place, it's not home for you.
with the uncertainty of decisions yet to come, it's only natural to not get too comfortable just yet.

i'd like for you to know that i still feel bad about not making it to savannah like i had hoped to. stupid ass hurricane.. not only did one fuck up about five of my birthdays growing up, even messed up my plans to try and go to savannah and meet up with you!
anyway - i do feel bad for not making it over there.. i'd hope to find something new downtown with you, to explore something i've overlooked in the past, or to even share a few too many beers (or shots.. whatever..) with you.

please know that i do hope you are able to get past the sucky-ness of your move soon, and are able to find some peace in savannah.
hoopefully you won't go and move back to phoenix before labor day. i'm still planning on coming then!

xoxo,
-beans.

  1. Mrs. Wilkes's Boarding House is the best place to eat in downtown Savannah. It's very affordable, too. They have limited hours, so you might want to check ahead. I believe they're only open for breakfast and lunch. Fabulous Southern cooking!
